FINESSE delivers worldwide.
Each order is carefully prepared by our team to ensure the best possible delivery experience, whether you are located in France or abroad.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped via:
- La Poste (Colissimo) or UPS for France,
- International Express services for all international destinations.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Pre-order items
Some FINESSE products are available for pre-order, allowing you to reserve limited items before they are in stock.
Pre-order items have a different delivery time, which is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Delivery times (items in stock)
The estimated delivery times for items currently in stock are as follows:
- France: 48 to 72 hours
- Europe: 6 to 12 business days
- Worldwide: 6 to 12 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
Important information about pre-orders
When a pre-order delivery time is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase:
- delays related to the announced production or estimated delivery schedule
- do not entitle you to a refund or order cancellation solely because of the waiting time.
This only applies when the estimated delivery time was communicated before the order was confirmed.
