FINESSE ships worldwide.
Each order is prepared with care by our team to ensure the best possible delivery experience, whether you are located in France or abroad.


Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it is shipped via:

  • La Poste (Colissimo) or UPS for France,

  • International Express services for all international destinations.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

France

  • €7.90 to €9.90 depending on the weight of the order

  • Free shipping for orders over €250

Monaco

  • €9.00 per order

  • Free shipping for orders over €250

Switzerland

  • €16.90 per order

  • Free shipping for orders over €300

Europe

  • €13.99 per order

  • Free shipping for orders over €300

International

  • €13.99 per order

  • Free shipping for orders over €300

Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees for deliveries outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery times (in-stock items)

Estimated delivery times for items currently in stock are as follows:

  • France: 4–7 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–11 business days

These delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing or unforeseen events beyond our control.


Pre-order items

Some FINESSE products are offered on a pre-order basis, allowing you to secure limited pieces before they are available in stock.

Pre-order items have a different delivery time, which is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Please make sure to review this information carefully before placing your order to avoid any confusion.


Important information regarding pre-orders

When a pre-order delivery time is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase:

  • delays related to the announced production or estimated delivery timeline

  • do not qualify for a refund or order cancellation solely due to waiting time.

This applies only when the estimated delivery timeframe was communicated prior to checkout.
