Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern all sales of products offered on the website www.finessementality.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by FINESSE, a registered trademark.

Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.


2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur, particularly in colors, due to differences in screen displays or production batches.

Some items may be offered in stock or as pre-orders.
The product status and the applicable delivery time are clearly indicated on each product page and are binding at the time of purchase.

Each piece is produced in limited quantities, with a focus on quality and exclusivity.


3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
FINESSE reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.
Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.


4. Orders

Orders can be placed directly online on the Website.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, delivery times, and product status (in stock or pre-order) as indicated on the product page.

FINESSE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (fraud, stock issues, previous disputes, inconsistencies in the information provided, etc.).


5. Payment

Payments are secure and may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method offered on the Website.
The total amount is charged at the time the order is validated, including for pre-order items.


6. Delivery

Delivery Times – In-Stock Items

In-stock items are carefully prepared and shipped within the following indicative timeframes:

  • France: 4 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 6 to 8 business days

  • Worldwide: 7 to 11 business days

These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on carriers or exceptional circumstances (high demand periods, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Pre-Orders

⚠️ The delivery times mentioned above do not apply to pre-order items.

Pre-order items have a specific delivery timeframe, clearly stated on the product page, which the customer is required to review before placing an order.

✅ By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having reviewed and accepted the delivery timeframe applicable to the pre-order.

No refund, cancellation, or compensation may be requested for delays related to a pre-order when the delivery timeframe was clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are displayed before the order is validated.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • the product is in its original condition,

  • unworn and unwashed,

  • with all original tags still attached,

  • and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a defective or non-compliant product.

8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of a defect or non-conformity identified upon receipt of the order, the customer must contact FINESSE within 72 hours at the following address:

After review, an appropriate solution will be offered (exchange or refund, subject to availability).


9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website (texts, visuals, logo, name, products, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of FINESSE.
Any reproduction, use, or distribution, even in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.


10. Personal Data

The information collected when placing an order is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.


11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
