Return & Refund Policy – FINESSE
At FINESSE, each piece is produced with high standards, in limited quantities, by a small independent team.
This choice reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, and exclusivity, but also implies a deliberately streamlined logistical structure.
1. “Final Sale” Items & Applicable Legal Framework
Under its current operating model, FINESSE does not offer standard voluntary returns or exchanges, including in cases of:

change of mind,
-
incorrect size selection,
-
personal preference,
-
delivery delays related to pre-orders.
As such, both standard orders and pre-orders are considered final sales from an internal commercial standpoint.
Pre-order delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes only and correspond to estimated production and shipping schedules.
However, in accordance with European consumer law, this commercial policy does not in any way limit or prevent the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers residing in the European Union.
2. Right of Withdrawal – European Union Customers
If you reside in the European Union, you benefit from a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable European law.
Within this framework, you may request a return even if the item is marked as a “final sale”, provided that:

the item is unworn and unused,

in its strictly original condition,

with all original tags intact,
-
in its original packaging,
-
accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Any request for withdrawal must be reported to our customer service before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Defective Item or Order Error
Despite rigorous quality control, if you notice:

a proven defect in a product, or

an error in the preparation of your order,
please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, providing:

your order number,

a clear description of the issue,

clear photos of the concerned item.

After review and confirmation by our team, we may offer:

-
a replacement shipment (subject to availability).
4. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with applicable regulations, certain items are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, including:

customized or made-to-order items,

personal care or hygiene products,

any item expressly identified as non-returnable on its product page.
Pre-orders do not constitute a valid reason for return due to announced delivery timelines, which are an integral part of the production process.
This does not limit the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal for customers residing in the European Union, under the conditions described above.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once a return is approved and received:

the item is inspected,

you are notified by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days, excluding bank processing times.
