Each order is carefully prepared by our team to ensure the best possible delivery experience, whether you are located in France or abroad.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped via:

La Poste (Colissimo) or UPS for France,

International Express services for all international destinations.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Items available for pre-order
Some FINESSE products are available for pre-order, allowing you to reserve limited items before they are put into stock.
Pre-ordered items have a different delivery time, clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Delivery times (items in stock)
The estimated delivery times for items currently in stock are as follows:

- Products in stock: 48-72 hours (except "BUSINESS THERAPY" products)
- "BUSINESS THERAPY" products: 4-7 business days
- Europe: 6-12 business days (for all products (including "BUSINESS THERAPY")
- International : 6-12 business days (for all products including "BUSINESS THERAPY")
These delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing or any unforeseen event beyond our control.
Important information regarding pre-orders
When a pre-order delivery timeframe is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase:

delays related to the announced production or estimated delivery schedule

do not entitle you to a refund or order cancellation solely due to waiting time.
This only applies when the estimated delivery time has been communicated before the order was confirmed.
